咋样提高Reading Level?

请教一下，孩子开学升三年级，得知只进入Math Gifted Program，Reading没进。我吓了一跳，她从小就是个书迷，一进书店，你就得耗上半天，为了禁止她看书时间，如果看书超过4小时不停，扣零用钱（没有办法的办法）。
现在才知道光看书和Reading 不一样，大家有没有好主意咋样提高Reading Level?
