In JH, my son went to a new school and we let him to go

to this school's summer school to know the kids and enviroment. a group of kids bullied him. And finally my son couldn't stand it any more. He broken the head of leader. That kid went to ER and my son got a week suspension. Since it was a Friday and he only got to stay home for a afternoon. He said, after this all the kids were afraid of him and he became their leader.
