schools as the schools where those outside students come. because the original fimily will move out of the area. You don't know how bad those students unless your kids were in the same school with them. basiclly you don't want to see your kid blind, broken arms or legs. especially you don't want young kids with them, when kids get older and know more to protect themself, maybe ok.
