I did not have too high expectation for him either.

I've been struggled with the decision for quite sometime. But everybody said he is ready. He is also relatively tall. So, ... He stopped taking nap half year before going to K. An American co-worker told me that he is happy that he did not delay his son. Because otherwise, his son will be bored.

Still, I think you should pay attention to the school evaluation. They know kids and they can tell you whether your son is ready.
