Karate worked for my son. My son was very shy and quiet,

we put him in Karate for over a year now, and it really worked. He is very active and in many activities the instructor has to stop him from talking. He also made lots of friends. Last week, his school teacher told me he made fun of a bigger kid, so both me and my hu*****and were informed the situation, now we have to teach him to be humble and quiet.
