There are books teaching methods and strategies on sight reading. I have browsed through a few of them in bookstores and libraries, but don’t remember the titles and authors anymore. It is true that many of the books on that subject just teaching basic reading skills instead of strategies on improving sight reading speed. So, searching them online is not going to help much. How about go a local university and physically browse through some of the books? Sorry, not very helpful from me.
