Some of the problems can wait until all permanent teeth come in, while others need to be treated sooner. My company offers two dental insurances: a basic one and a more expensive one which covers braces. You'll need to plan ahead. My son is dental advanced. He has had his braces since 11 and the appearance improves a lot.
