记得有一位高智商的母亲说过：
I tested with an IQ of 188, most of my college friends are higher, I think my son may be too from what my parents tell me. I am by far the most "normal' among them. They only associate with other gifted people whom they fit in with better. They isolate themselves and discuss subjects like what would string-theory look like as art, and compare dictionaries in different languages. I enjoy their company and have no difficulty participating in the discussions, but I also have a life. Many of them live in a "bubble" limited to the university. Many of them are isolated and unhappy. With the exception of two others, none have married nor even go out of their own circle. Most of them are in their 40's and are unlikely to ever do so
I'm sure some of these people will end up in the history books as the "Einstiens" of their time after they are dead. Great role models, but at what price? I would rather have my son be happy and a construction worker, than be famously brilliant and miserable.
