China has right to decide how much 稀土 is exported at reasonal price and to where she likes.This should be done earlier. In last decade, 稀土 was sold as worthless earth price to Japan that has cumulated so much that can be used over next 50 years. It is time for China to reduce exporting the amount of 稀土,and increase sale price.

Everyone notices that China has paid much higher price to import iron ore, nickel, oil etc. Why these media have not blamed those big greedy coorportions of controling commadity price, and unreasonably ask higher and higher price from China importing these things!
