紧急求教: 房客想赖着不走

      我自己住的房子是一个townhouse, 地下室租给一个老美. 租期是一个月, 租约到9月14日结束. 此老美非常不地道, 所以我不打算延期. 请问她如果9月14日后, 仍然赖着不走, 我除了找律师, 还有其他什么有效的办法吗? 非常感谢!
