老猫，请教上法庭的事，我没有律师

以前我也请教过你，事情只有通过法庭了，这是我的最后一条解决的路子，打不赢官司的可能性在90%以上，但我想这是我对我自己的一个交代，对大公司也有点训诫，不可以为所以为，不然总有些麻烦。我没有做任何错事，纯粹发现一组印度人造假，工作被terminate

我在州法庭上交了起诉书。接到第一封信，"order for conference",
第一条是“ the plaintiff must accomplish service within 60 days”，是指准备所有的传票和起诉书吗？

是不是一定会到陪审团那一部？
