BEIJING--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Origin Agritech Limited (NASDAQ:SEED - News) (“Origin” or the “Company”), a vertically–integrated supplier of hybrid and genetically – modified crop seeds in China, will announce audited financial results for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2010 on January 18, 2011. These results reflect the Company’s financial statements during the period from October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2010. Origin prepares its financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) of the United States.
