This round of correction is about 90% done

$TRIN shows extreme capitulation at the level not seen even in March 2009. The US economy is still healthy. Just look at all the positive earning and low p/e level. Keep in mind that dow was at the same level exactly 11 years ago in 1999!

Shorting here would be too dangerous. It pays to stay in cash. If you have been a holder of long position, hold on your shares for a little while. Market will have a 300+ point bounce shortly. Good stocks will rebound very quickly along with the market.

My own speculation is that we will open low tomorrow to flush out last sellers and dow will probably hit 10,000 (which is a pivotal point). After that, market will rise sharply to kill put options.
