Verisign is under valued?

Let us say it will keep earn $95M+ each quarter, with industry wide growth.
The annual income will be $380M+.
The forward P/E will be 13-.

As Internet naming registry manager and Trust Service leader,
my feeling is that this stock could go to around $35 in one year.
