It's debateble what temperature is right for the work enviroment. There is certainly a minimum temp for fair work enviroment. There is also should be a policy for the energy usage for the hotel. The employ shouldn't adjust the entire hotel's temp simple based on his/her personal preference.

There is a fine line here. You can debate on this issue, but shouldn't insult others.
