用迅雷或快车下载BT时，网络连接总出问题

几乎每次我上网浏览很好，但一启用迅雷或快车下载BT时，就没法浏览网页了，网络连接总出问题，需要我关掉modem/router重启。我用的是vista和wireless router. 有什么建议吗？ 感谢。
