both very low in China. Technology is not an issue.
Chinese labors & engineers are working in 3-shift a day, 7 days a week and 54 weeks a year. 高铁列车 from Shanghai to Hangzhou started several months ago and is about to complete in this year. Nobody else in the world will work for $5 day, and day & night w/o extra compensations.
