He is probably the most knowledgeable people for how to save money in America.

His answer to buying an extended warranty is NO.

Why you want to buy such warrenty? It is a new car, right? It comes with a free 3 year or 36k mile factory warranty right?

You never know if you still have that car down the road three years late, why pay it now? If you really need it, buy it after the 3 year factory warrenty is expiried.
