I personally know a dentist (General Dentist).
He graduated from a no-name dental college in 1998.
He bought his first home (350K, downpayment from
her parents). In 2001, He bought another house
1.5million and kept the first one. In 2008, He bought the third house 2.5million (sold the second one). Around 2005, he bought two brandnew condo for rental property.
His wife's salary should not be higher than an accountant.
