same apply to the blacks and indians in the States. The country owe them: that means you and me too. Chinese government never educate Han Chinese this way. Instead the gov. keeps saying we hand down you so much 优惠政策, why don't you appreciate? That's not 平等和相互尊重, that's big Han-ism.
