banana, apple (these 2 are the best, both give the feel of fullness in the stomach), and other fruits (grapes, strawberry, peach, etc.)
baby carrot, celery stick, and other veggie platter variaties (my son likes carrot and celery the most)
corn (玉米棒), sweet potato (烤红薯), whole-grain bread/bagel/etc.
I also use canned soup, e.g., chicken noodle, chicken rice, etc. (just check the label and find the healthier ones).
别过分担心她不长个, 每顿饭吃好就行, Snack要重点当心. 先控制她用什么吃饱肚子. 控制数量大概就好, 别太严格了.
