就是在我们大美帝国， 邓玉娇女士在那种情况下，反击刺杀邓诬赖，都是合理合法的。不信， 你就在我们美国强行奸污一位身边有枪或是其它武器的女士试一试？她不把你打死才怪了。你死了，都不会有人为你说一句话。还比如， 当有人警告你， 不要踏进人家的房屋， 院子，以及地产， 不管你是什么原因还是踏进了， 主人有权自卫把你打死。就是你的儿子房屋， 他不让你进， 你也不能进， 否则儿子把你这个老子给开枪打死了， 恐怕也是白死， 因为你老来不尊。

正当自卫反击不承担犯罪， 一切后果由侵犯者承担。

从这个意义上来讲， 邓玉娇女士没有任何法文罪行， 而且应当鼓励支持， 她是正当自卫， 是正义的行为。 无忧坚信并希望现今的共产党以及政府对邓玉娇女士应给以肯定， 不追加任何刑事责任。 因为在无忧看来，共产党以及政府也在进步着， 改善着， 虽然有很多很多不如人意的地方。象 邓玉娇女士这样的事件，共产党以及政府做个样子也的做， 否则贪官污吏， 无法无天， 破坏着政府的威信， 影响着社会的和谐， 共产党以及政府将来日不久。
