I do not know enough number of Russians teachers to draw generalization on. Making generalization on people is a very dangerous business, particularly in the fields of fine arts, in which individuality is such a crucial element. I am not even comfortable with the above post I just made, since there must be many piano teachers who do not fit my descriptions. I just feel that I am not being fair to that group.
