How to talk to a 6 years old not to touch other kid's private pa

Today I got an email from my 6 years old son's teacher. The teacher said that my son pinched another boy's penis during class (according to this boy's parent). What are the best ways to talk with a 6 year old to make him remember NEVER TO Touch other kid's private parts? Thank you very much.
