Lot of Chinese believe 不听话 because kid is too smart

Chinese give lot of tolarant to these smart kids since they believe that 不听话 =smart.
It hurts these smart kids badly whne they grow older. They need to be told that every place has rules. You need to follow the rules at least for other kids. Parents, Teacher and smart kid would get together to find things to do, such as reading books, assistanting other kids, ... when smart kid feels bored. But parent should deliver strong message to this smart kis: breaking rules because you are bored is definitely no.
