An idea: change the wording when asking your child to do things.

Give her choices and let her feel she is in charge. For example, you want her to get up. Instead of telling her, "Get up". You get two sets of day clothes, ask her, "Which one you want to wear today?" (She has to get up to wear the clothes, right?) If you want her to wash her hands, ask her, "Do you want to use soap or liquid soap?" (Or you can buy different bottles of liquid soap, with cute cartoons. Let her choose between Dora and HelloKitty.) ... You get the idea.

I have never worked so hard to deal/"fight" with anybody, but my son :-(
