Really? In this case, the FBI clearly used US domestic law, but they did not follow the law. The US law states: if a person is arrested by the police, they must come up with a charge. Otherwise they can't hold the person over 2 weeks. What they are doing in this case? They put the suspects in jail while they are still gathering evidence.
Torturing prisoners in the US is against the law, but they did it. I did not see anyone punished for breaking the law.
