　　前苏联解体后，继任者俄罗斯经济崩溃无法拿出足够的军费，使得俄军中大批主战装备没法得到维护，不得不提前退役。图上是俄军的一个坦克“坟场”，可看到数量庞大的废弃T-72主战坦克在等待拆解。
