also, if one party doesn't want to go though probate for the primary residence after the other party passes away, we should convert the property to joint tenancey, correct? Is there a special procedure for that, after Quitclaim deed is recorded or during the Quitclaim deed is recorded?
What about the title? should the other person sign on the title as well? Is there a paper just for title?
