有懂养花的吗，请教问题

办公桌上的一小盆花，总是长新花苞，但就是不开，原本已经3分开的，几周下来却还是老样子，更大有将要死去的架势，问下壳，是怎么回事？距离电脑太近，有辐射的原因？还是其他。

每日坚持浇水，日晒1小时
