No diiference from what I said. This section means if USCIS makes a decision on your case before your I-485 pending >180 days and you changed your job, they most likely will deny your I-485. So, if you change your job when your I-485 pending < 180 days, you are risky in your I-485. Of course, if USCIS does not make any decision at this time (I-485 pending < 180 days and you change job), your I-485 is safe. Then, after the I-485 > 180 days, your I-485 will have no problem even if you changed your job before its pending < 180 days.
