EB1-B I-140 批准了. 但由于资金问题, 老板付不起工资. 所以另外在同一个领域不同的州找了份工作. 但前老板表示继续支持绿卡申请.
两家不同的律师事务所分别办理I-485 和H1B. I-485递交比H1B 批准的日子晚了3天. 当时我并不知道. 因为H1B批准的通知我将近2周后才拿到.
现在等到了I-485的RFE.要求出具employment verification letter.现任雇主同意提供, 不知是否有用.
-The problem is that your I-485 pending is less than 180 days by this time and you changed your job, you can not use the benefit of AC21. Based on your PD is current, your I-485 might be denied if USCIS makes the decision before your I-485 pending >180 days.

But I do not think you have any choice and just ask your currrent employer to provide the employment verification letter and see what will happend.

If your I-485 is denied, you may ask your current employer to support you to file another EB1B. Because your qualifications were proved to be good enough for EB1B, you can get your new EB1B approved again easily.

和前任雇主也关系良好.但不想给他带来风险或压力. 请问专家有无良策. 非常感谢.
