My son was born on 4/3/1985. In the notice from immigration (I-797, Notice of Action) it shows in Section: Unmarried child under 21 of permanent resident. 203(a) (2) (A) INA. The Recept Date is 8/22/2005, and Notice date is 12/16/2008.
-When you fild the I-130, your son a under 21, so the immigration vissa type was F2A. But if he waits for too long for the PD to be current, he may be out of age and his immigration visa type would become F2B.
