1、我是485批下来以后回中国的，但回到中国以后，AP才批下来，不过到现在AP也过期了。我还可以再申请AP吗？如果我不是在美国的时候拿到的AP，那能用于入境吗？
-I am sorry I did not read your above post carefully. Why did you get a green card stamp on your passport in the USCIS local office before you left US for China? How long have you been China, >one year? If you have stay in China for > one year, you might have some kind of trouble. You need to go to get a Returning Resident (SB-1) Visa as soon as possible in the US Consulate in Guangzhou, China to come back because you got your green card/I-485 approval already.
2、这个按指纹可不可以在中国完成呀？
-No. Because your I-485 was approved, your绿卡赶不上打指纹will not affect your approved I-485/green card, but you will not receive the physical green card until you do the fingerprinting.

3、我孩子从没去过美国，在中国出生，现在只有一岁多。我问的免面签是指这次我和他去申请B2，他能否免面签。
-He can come back with you with any visa after you get the Returning Resident (SB-1) Visa and he will get his green card at the port of entry automatically. He needs to bring his passport, birth certification and his two pictures (2-inch size) for the green card.
