我现在在国内，LG在美国，我们的485批了，我也按过一次指纹了，后来来信要补一次指纹，我LG申请延期了，最近又来信安排按指纹了，可我可能赶不及去美国按指纹，我想问一下，如果我放弃这次的按指纹，是不是意味着放弃绿卡了？
-Yes, unless you can re-scheduled the fingerprinting again. You had better come back to U.S. for the fingerprinting.
如果我LG的绿卡下来了，可我没有绿卡，那我是不是就比较难进美国了？我们是婚后开始一起申请绿卡的。
-You can come back to US within one month after your I-485 is denied using AP and file i-485 motion to reopen or file a new I-485. Otherwise, you have to get the green card using consular processing in China if you can not come back to US and it may take one year.


还有一件事，我们的孩子是在国内出生的，拿中国护照。现在1岁多点。我LG目前没有H1，用的工卡工作，那么，

如果我下个月去美国，是不是只能签B2签证，通过的概率大吗？
-Has your kid been U.S. before? If yes and your kid has not filed I-485 yet, you may need to get B2 visa. Your kid has a good chance to get the b2 visa.

我孩子能免面签不？
-If your kid has never been U.S.,after you get your green card you can go back to China to bring him/her to U.S. without any visa before he/she turns age 2, and your kid can get the green card immediately without charging any fee at the port of entry.
