我在加州，结婚快三年，感觉和老公性格不和，有离婚的打算。老公是公民，我是绿卡。老公婚前有一些储蓄，有房。我们结婚后都没有去工作（我是在学习，老公是因为精神残疾已办退休），所以我们没有婚后储蓄，没有共同账户。生活上只是简单的吃喝，都由老公负担，没有孩子。请问一：如果我们离婚了，我能得到一些赡养费吗？二：我不想请律师，请告诉我一个简单的离婚办法。谢了。
