DNS Server problem
应该是这两天美国的DNS根服务器不稳定所引起的
可以先用这个方式暂时解决

用笔记本(notepad)打开 C:＼WINNT＼system32＼drivers＼etc＼hosts
或是 C:＼WINDOWS＼system32＼drivers＼etc＼hosts

127.0.0.1 localhost

在下一行加上 "38.99.106.21 web.wenxuecity.com"
格式跟下面的一样

127.0.0.1 localhost
38.99.106.21 web.wenxuecity.com
63.166.3.21 web.wenxuecity.com
38.99.106.25 qqh.wenxuecity.com
38.99.106.40 groups.wenxuecity.com
38.99.106.33 blog01.wenxuecity.com

存盘之後关掉所有的浏览器再打开
