3个月前， ebay 加税只能基于卖价，S/H side 更本加不了。-----最近才可以让卖家选。

如果必须上税（卖价+S/H side），ebay 何必让买家选。何况3个月前，ebay只有上税基于卖价的功能。 所以我想不太明白。
