不认为是你的ATA坏了。

抛开什么GV，IPKALL，SIPGATE，
首先你的VD应该能打出，有了DIALTONE，盒子的绿灯就亮了。
这个没搞好，其他的越搞越乱。
不行先来个ATA RESET。恢复到出厂状态再说。
