很抱歉，有点事我可能没说得很清楚，造成了误解。我说的“转给”的意思是说fowarding，不是说把个人信息卖给这些小公司。在网上搜索toll-free的时候，看到有个voip公司说他们是用某某 toll-free termination公司，意思就是把打进来的toll-free电话都forward到xx公司。所以我想其它voip 公司可能也是这样作的。我担心的不是这些voip providers本身，而是他们把toll-free call 转到了什么样的toll-free termination公司。当然一个可靠的voip provider也应该选择可靠的toll-free termination公司。
