求救：电脑“优化”后无法启动

Gateway CX260 本本，Vista Ultimate，一直很好用，但昨天下午速度突然变慢，应用软件无反应，Frozen，怀疑中毒，用杀毒软件扫描到60%时就无法往前走，试验了几次还是这样。
于是，用脱网安全方式启动，杀毒，扫描未发现任何问题。重启后速度仍然很慢，就用Windows优化大师最新标准版自动优化，记得调整了内存、电池设置，清理注册表等，中途要求重启，成功，继续优化，速度果然变得很快，上了一会儿网就关机睡觉了。结果今天早上开机时，没有任何反应，所有灯都不亮。
我平时不装电池，直接用外接电源。
装上电池后，充电的灯亮了，但是仍然无法启动。其他灯都不亮，当然屏幕也是黑的。
因为根本没有办法开机，所以系统复原等都根本无法进行。
请教各位高手，还有什么挽救的方法吗？
