国内贷款也查信用吗？想问一个国内买房子的问题，请海龟们帮忙。

如果我的年薪是12万人民币，地点是上海，请问我最多可以贷款买多贵的房子。

我知道在美国的话，银行只给你年薪几倍的贷款而已。谢谢。
