正好刚和朋友说完她女儿小升初

哪里有什么9年义务教育，她女儿从芳草地小学升80中，本区的，分数考得也很好，交3万块，同时去交钱的还有交20万的，比上海美国学校都贵，而且收据上写明：这笔钱是家长自愿捐款，家长还要签字说这钱是自己的捐款！
上小学时，芳草地小学在使馆区很好的小学，老师名目张胆要礼物，手机，笔记本电脑，家长都争先恐后，北京的学校真的很黑暗。
