偶一朋友在美国一商学院任助理教授，有望明年晋升终身职位，目前年薪9万美元。太太在读研究生，主要精力照顾3孩，6岁，7岁和1岁。国内沿海城市一中外合作大学给助理教授职位，年薪50万人民币，加每月6000元租房补贴以及每年全家回美国一次的机票报销。先给3年合同，到时有机会renew。回国内主要是想念父母亲戚朋友，也没有desperately想回或者想留。听听大家评论。
