国内A股泡沫已经破掉了。
国内的房地产泡沫还没破。
房地产公司还没有破产的。
所以说国内的经济复苏还要等一阵子。
中国的经济问题也是房地产泡沫引起。
因为股市的规模比起房地产来差远了。
房地产泡沫一破，银行，地方政府财政就麻烦了。
房地产泡沫破掉后是这样：好多好多的半拉子工程，那种十年前海南的街景。
国内的有关房地产泡沫的坏消息好多好多。
最近的就有碧桂园的神话破灭。
中国的经济比大家想象的要差很多。
