问问各位高手：shock & struts replacement

不知道我说的部件对不对-大致是防震系统。

我的是2005年Focus。 五万迈吧。这两天去换油，mechanic说最近shock& struts 有 sale. 说我的shock & struts 该换了。

价格（加4 wheel alignment）： $550.

我的问题：
1. 五万迈，一定要换 shock & struts 吗？
2. 如果换，价格是否公道？
