00 Camry has oil gelling issue. don't pay above $4k

You need to have somebody really knowing cars take a look before buying it. Make sure asking the seller to show timing belt change receipt. It has oil gelling issue so be careful and start on cold engine to see if any blueish smoke comes out of pipe, if yes, immediately walk. 00-01 Camry doesn't worth much now, don't pay more than $4k with fair condition.
