Have you see that video that an old lady hit a car with her purse and the air bag poped? The car wasn't moving at all. But new models are not like that any more.

Towing? depends on how far you want to go. Go to a shop near by and have them fix your car, FREE. Go to moon, one guzilion dollars.

Fix the cars, $3K for your friends car adn $2K for the other one. You can ask your insurance to pay for that or you can pay it from your own pocket.

Premium increase? Well, hard to say. That depends on your friend's age, sex, marrital status, and how long s/he has been with that insurance company.
