My experience.Should I add teenage driver to my auto police?

1.If the kids have only learners permit,you DO NOT have to add him/her to your auto police. But one of the insured parents must be in the passenger seat when the kid with learners permit drives.
2. actually, when your kid gets driver license (DL), the insurance company will be the first to know it. You have to add him/her having DL to the auto police when you let the kid drive the car. Important remark: Your auto premium will be ~190% of that without your kid; To save your $$, just add your kid to only ONE CAR he/she will drive. Other wise, every car he/she drives would have ~190 % premium.
