Used Piano, ask for suggestions!

I'm trying to buy a used piano for my son to start his piano lesson. The one I found is: kimball console/studio, the asked price is $1000. I don't have any knowledge about piano, so tried to search the price of a new one (same type) to compare, but can't find it. Anybody have any comments about this type of piano? Thanks!
